I’m looking for input on DC Sports Race Headers? I am thinking of getting a set. Id like to know if anyone has had any bad experiences with them and if no bad how well do you like them?

/\/\what he says. From what i hear, they don't give any gains (slight to none) plus they're heavier than stock. Look into the megan racing header and megan racing downpipe and hi-flow cat (downpipe and cat 1 peice, convienence). That's the set-up i'm about to get. From what i hear from peeps around here, the megan racing stuff has decent gains and an awesome sound.

Dc Sports does not make Race header for D17 but they do for K series motor.

Wrong. They make a SS and ceramic 4-1 and 4-2-1 header for D17

Ditto. This has nice gains, but i'd only advise getting it if you're not worried about getting an emissions violation or seeing you check engine light on all the time for not having a cat.

umm yea ur wrong. they dont make a "race header" BUT they do make a header for the d17, and its only 4-1 and only for the ex. and just cuzz its stainless steal or ceramic dosent make it a "race header"

i wouldnt buy them. i had them on my car and it cracked on me and they dont do sh*t and they are heavier than stock

DC sports dont do very good HP gains for Honda's or Acura's...Dyno proven...OBX headers have a bigger gain than DC sports....

if you have an ex, hp race header would be a good choice. if not ex, than the kamakazie are known to be good.

DC sports were known to be crap from expierence of members on this site. supposely, it had the same piping size/shape as the OEM one. no one claimed any noticeable gains with it.

i was lookin at those kamikaze headers and i was just wondering witch one is better? the nickle polished or stainless steal?

From what I heard the Kamikaze's are better than the obx and I would go with the Stainless steel ones...If I was able to find the kamikaze's somewhere I would buy those for my civic

DC Sports are also known to crack...Everyone that I know that has them...thier's have cracked...whatever you do...DONT get the DC Sports....
