Spoiler
Spoiler
Hey guys, I like the OEM factory spoiler, I was looking around there was a few ebay auctions that sell like a imitation wing I guess unpainted and painted. I don't want to get the painted ones because they will end up being cheap quality but I was wondering if anyone has bought the wing from www.spoilerdepot.com and then gone off and gotten it painted somewhere and then installed. The wing is the exact same thing I don't want to pay honda 600 to do it, like this I can save about 400-300 bux...anyone know anywhere else to order this part for a good price? Either look like the OEM or an actual OEM at a good price.
So the quality of the ebay OEM Style Spoiler basically the same quality as the one from Honda. Just basically get it and take it to a quality paint shop and it's all good? Also the wiring is not too hard is it?
I got my OEM spoiler from ebay - $110 with shipping, not painted. I had it painted for $20 and installed for free. So..I got a $400 spoiler installed and all for $130 - woohoo. Ebay is the way to go if you don't wanna spend a lot and their stuff is good. Just make sure you check the seller's feedback. Good luck.

I'm not sure. They have a lifetime warrenty even on the paint job so that makes it trustworthy. I'm just thinking if I buy it like 60 bux on ebay how much I can get it painted at places around here because if they paint it I'm sure they'll install it for me. I don't wanna drill my own car lol...scared of messing it up :-)

i bought my spoiler from ebay for 160 painted. the paint is very good quality. i got it installed for 40. it still looks great. i wax the car about 2-3 times a month and the spoiler paint looks exactly the same.

ya i looked at the difference its 115 for just the spoiler then if you want it painted its 195 so basically 80 bux for paint which i guess is reasonable i'm not sure i have to go around body shops and ask them how much they would charge....does anyone know how much body shops would charge to paint the spoiler...obviously not an EXACT price but a range...because if its MUCH cheaper then i'd rather get one from ebay unpainted rather than get it from spoilerdepot because I can't probably ask the paint shop to install it for me too.
