windshield

How much does a new windshield cost, mine has a huge crack in it and i am assuming that the windshield is under a $1,000 so insurance wont pay. And how hard is it to install/remove. And one more thing, can u use lexan?

Corona Honda quoted me $275 for a Honda windshield installed. Get a genuine Honda one, don't get those cheap $100something ones unless you want to deal with leaks and the like.

Eeek. I guess comprehensive coverage is only a British Columbia thing. No, you can't use Lexan. It would never survive the windshield wipers and rocks. It scratches way too easily.

you can get a good job done for 250-300. dont do it yourself because today windshields are melted onto the frame area of the car it's really hard if you don't know what your doing
