Denso is claimed to have .4mm electrode size
NGK is claimed to have .7mm electrode size
if the Denso created less voltage to perform, would it create less spark also??

No. The sparkplug will require less voltage to create the same spark in a given gap.

That's true. Running regular ngk vs iridium I saw a huge voltage requirement difference. The copper plugs dropped system voltage by almost .5V! Iridium is the way to go for lightly modded cars.

i just got the NGK Iridiums (6441) today...4 for $25.00!!
im running the Bosch Platinum +4s right now with 4900mi on them...
im going to swap them out and see if theres a difference
