Question about owners manual?

In the back of the owners manual, you can purchase service manauls. Well the one says 2001-2002 honda civic 2 door service manual supplement. Is that the same as the regular service manaul. It is $33.00. I am wanting to purchase it, but I need to know if it is the actual service manaul on how to repair most things.
