Why Won't this work?
I know this won't work but my buddy has a 300zx with a direct fire ignition and he wants to know why it won't won't for my car but it will work for his 300? I don't know the answer to that.

Rep Power: 0 I think it has something to do with our ECu or something...I remember it being a strange reason why it wouldn't work and why MSD doesn't have plans to make a ignition system for our cars...There is one company that supposedly makes a coil kit that works with the D17 and K series ignition coil systems...Let me see if I can find it again
