if i could do it over again, i would never have gotten the cat-back deal. just a muffler is good enough. custom piping is a must. these mufflers seem to look like they will be very loud and nasty. too big of a tip for me.

Rep Power: 0 O I also have a megan muffler. Its the Megan G2 muffler. Sounds real nice. No ricey or rattling sound at all. Just a nice deep tone to it. I have 2.25 piping also.

Rep Power: 349 ^^ yep your a moron.. some people require custom piping like myself bc no one sells big enough piping on a "real cat back" and i dont have a cat so how can i get a catback?

After my CAI I bought a topspeed muffler with 2.25'' custom piping. Spending $190 bucks for a cat-back (muffler+custom piping) is a lot better to me than spending $400+ for something that is from a brand name. If their is a difference between custom and a exhaust system made from our cars, I doubt that their would be a noticable difference. Now I have the Megan Racing Header and Hi Flow Cat and the exhaust sounds really good to me. And even though they are just simple bolt ons people can tell a difference in the performance of my car.
