CF Hood and Trunk
Hey guys, i'm wondering about the fitment of the different companies that make cf hoods and trunks for our cars.
i did a search, and i see that VIS and Fiber Images makes hoods and trunks, but it seems that FI's trunk has a pretty weird fitment (after looking at carbonfly's pics). I saw Samari's pics with the VIS trunk and it looks better (i think its VIS).
so now i'm asking all others out there with CF hoods and trunks (trunks especially), how is the fitment? anyone out there with both trunk and hood perfectly fitted? i have a 01 coupe for reference.
Lastly, does the kaminari cd hood fit perfectly?

VIS has the same problem that FI has. Both are not perfect fits.
My Kaminari hood does fit perfect.

bac7213, post some pics yo! i saw carbonfly's and you can tell that trunk does NOT fit flush. Post some detailed pics of the gaps n stuff.

Rep Power: 0 i dont see whats with all the complaining. I have the vis and the fitment is fine by me. It not like it so off that someone would be like that s**t sucks for something. I think its fine and they are both beautiful trunks.
