Info on A.C. Autotechnic?

Has anyone heard any info on the ac autotechnic digital vtec power controller....its only $175 and it says that it allows you to manually adjust our vtec actuation point. so how does this compare to like the vafc II, besides the fact that with the vafc II you can adjust the air fuel ratio...just adjusting the vtec engagement?...............how do you know how low or high you can engage it without hurting your car?...........any help is welcome...........

Yeah VAFCII has tons of features other than tuning. Has monitor mode to check engine functions, vtec, air/fuel, and alot more. It's like an add-on computer.
