performance option

I understand that Honda offeres a "performance option" for the Civic? Supposely it is added on at the dealership and includes wheels/tires, struts and body changes. Has anyone gotten this option and what are peoples options about it. Thanks

save you money and get real performance parts. those provide very little performance. I wish dealers would offer spoon or mugen parts like Nissan offers Nismo at their dealers. But then again, anything from the dealer will cost ya.

California for awhile had a kit with a new shift *** , exhuast and xenon lip dealer lip kit...semi OEM. Guys at the dealer told me xenon made it becuase the tape they used was so shitty rofl it pulled away in the heat had to ship them back. So they had to go get them glued on. Anyways a few members have this option on our site. I reconize it clearly and it makes me shrug since nowork was put in it. Also I believe a women a long time ago was selling one off of ebay said she bought it for 19 or 18 grand which = major rip. anyways thats my .02 cents...ohh ya guess they come with a front strut bar dont know what though.

they are honda struts. They are just different honda struts that can handle a 1" and slightly higher spring rates.

ya major rip off. The best I've heard of is a Honda dealership here in CT that does have an aftermarket shop attached to it. As long as you get the work done their and purchase the parts from them they'll still honor a standard Honda warranty. Only prob is they charge up the ****.
