i need some help because im planning to buy some headers. which is best between the two. all i know is that dc is legal and will pass smog but kamikaze is illegal. im a newbi and im pissed with laws in modifyng here because in the philippines i mod my civic SIR and cops dont care about modifyng cars n stuff....anyway some help please.... also peeps from baltimore is much better....

you should try adn ask ppl from baltimore and search

every state and province in canada has different rules and regulations regarding what's legal and illegal.

they said that dc are almost the same as stock....and kamikaze gives that good performance but im still undecided....

pretty much everyone that has the dc says it's crap.Legal but crap...get hp or kamikaze.......

ok thanx...its gona take a while before i have my emission test coz i have a 03 civic so ill go with kamikaze and wen test coms ill just install bak the stok...
