red honda emblem from hondawerx.com

i bought red honda emblem from hondawerx.com
hondawerx says its from JDM EP3
i asked greg about it and he said it would fit to 7thgen civic coupe
so i bought it
but i found that this red H is bigger than the original H of my car when i got it

theres two things on back of the emblem
(i dont kno how to call it..its something like pins..it (i guess) goes into the holes on trunk lid and hold the emblem there)

i dont kno if these fits to my coupe
but just seeing the size of the emblem, this red one is bigger than stock one.

let me know if it will fit to my car if someone has an experience.

i got it from hondawerx.com and they said its from JDM EP3

if anyone had bought same thing let me know if it fits to coupe

did you test fit to see if the pins will fit? Sometimes the emblems are larger but they will still fit.

RedDragon333 will become famous soon enough
are the pins on the emblem to big to fit or is the emblem literally too big to fit. because you could always pull the pics off and get some 3m tape and put it on that way unless you want to drill more holes.

Hey I just saw this thread and I immediately went out to my 03 sedan and measured the holes where my emblem used to be. Some **** stole my "H" back in November. Anyway, I measured with a measuring tape and the distance between the center of the two holes is exactly 2 cm.

i just measured the distance between two pins on the back of emblem
and it was 2.15cm.

now the emblem wont fit without modifying it..
also coupe's trunk is kinda little round
but the emblem is flat..

im not installing this..
i will find another way to use it unless hondawerx dont refund it..

Dude, honestly come on now.
Just put it on. Adhesive on the back works PERFECT.
You won't need to use pins on the back.

Hey I just went out to my car once again to measure the wholes with a ruler and the distance between the center of the two holes is more like 1.8 cm, not 2 cm as I previously measured because that measuring tape I used earlier was kinda f**ked up.

think you need to read whole post or something..
even tho i dont need to use pins on the back..that means i have to cut those pins out..
its not the way that its supposed to be. (i kno sometimes i have to modify something to install)
in addition, i said the emblem is flat while my trunk is kinda round..
should i just put it on?

No, I do not need to read whole thread again. Because I read it already.
What's the worst scenerio would be?
You just lose pins on the back of the emblem and Adhesive.
Trunk might be SLIGHTLY round. I am sure emblem will fit just fine.
It's your choice.
Should you just try to put it on? YES.
