I have looked at basically every place around me that I might have a remote chance of finding this stuff at, all to no avail. The closest thing I could find was expanded metal, but its pretty thick, and wouldn't easily be bendable. I guess the guy that will be doing my bodywork could find it, but I'd rather have all the parts and stuff so when I take him my car, he can begin installation immediatly, as opposed to hunting pieces to complete it. I'd really like some that was chromed, so it'd complement my scheme I'm working on. But if not, aluminum would be fine. again, I checked autoparts stores, home depot/lowes type places, etc. and none of them around here carry it. I guess I would need a piece that is approximately 2 ft. X 4 ft. Im doing an entire Black Widow Front, and octane sides, and the two lower grilles on the octane rear. The pieces came with the octane kit, but none are coming with the Black Widow front, I double checked with the manufacturer just to be certain, as that is who I ordered from. Any good places noline i can order from? and the reason I am doing the sides and rear over is because i want everything to be the same size, so it looks uniform. Im gonna run the diamond shapes all the same way on everything (like this <><><>). Thanks

im in georgia, about 40 miles north of atlanta. in my original post, i stated i had checked the local auto parts stores, etc. the only thing they had was some apc crap in brushed aluminum, it was rediculously high priced, and was only enough to do the upper grille. so that wouldn't be enough. i could order it online, if i knew where to order it from.

thats all flatened expanded metal, that's not what i am looking for, but thanks for helping. and again, my ADVANCE/AUTOZONE/PEPBOYS do not carry this. I checked, with everyone within a 25 mile radius. maybe i can find some somewhere, and if anyone has any info, i'd appreciate it.

are you sure that stuff wont work? you can get it in different thicknesses...thin enough to be flexible...do u have a picture of some stuff you have in mind?

try lowes online, or home depot online the last time I checked it they had it there.

call you r local home depot or lowes.......they have to have it. Its called Concrete Lathe. You will never find it just looking for it, its usually over iwth the lumbar. I know you said you checked, but just call and ask

trust me, i took a piece into lowes from my old octane grille, they don't have it. auto parts stores can't order it, said they can't order stuff that's not in their system. these people around my area are morons, and i am positive of that.

im thinking a piece approximately 3 ft by 4 ft should do it. im doing an entire black widow front, octane skirts, and octane rear.
