HELP!!!! Need bodykit opinion!!
HELP!!!! Need bodykit opinion!!
Wuddup, I have a black 2003 civic and I'm looking for a body kit. I was gonna buy a kaminari lip kit, but after searching through the forums i see alot of pple don't talk much about it. So now I'm looking at a custom one. I'm thinking about a buddy club rear, wings west sideskirts, and maybe just the lip from kaminari. I just wanted to know your guys opinions, and if you want put down your favorite kit. Thanks
I like the full buddy club 2 kit, but it's fiberglass...I would buy that one if it wasn't so overpriced. that's my opinion...Also, if you want a real "clean" look, go with the Kamanari lip kit...It's also expensive, but you get what you pay for when it comes to your car these days

aggressive kits seem like they are harder to work with like the bomex it just has to be dont in the right way otherwise it wont look good, or if you go as simple as the honda lip kit then it will be clean and not obtrusive, so it depends on what you want unless you are trying to win shows and please the judges

Personally, i have a 03 civic coupe......and i just ordered the Type B front lip and the oem side skirts from www.customauto.ca and they give great prices!!! Its a clean and stylish look without breaking your bank account!! Just my 2 cents.

i'd have to agree with all of these guys. i'd much rather go with the clean look. also consider that if you get fiber glass, you might have problems with it chipping, etc. when i was researching bodykits, i found out that mixing and matching gets a little expensive, so i went ahead with the kaminari set up. still haven't put it up, but i love the kaminari look (esp. front and sides, not too crazy about the rear). hope this helps.

clean- Kaminari, Tsunami, OEM lip kit, carbon lip kits from carbon creations (subsidary of extreme dimensions)
semi-agressive- octane, buddy club, black widow, shogun, etc.
agressive- bomex, ninja, agressor
that's how i classify them. i personally got the BW front, octane sides and rear
