Exhaust Tune
Exhaust Tune
Sup, I'm going to make this short. When my car is cold and not yet warmed up, the exhaust is hella loud and makes a high tuned buzzing noise. After warming up, the high revving noise isn't noticable, but the exhaust is still loud. I'm assuming it's because the cat warms up. Whats to be needed to make i do this all the time...High flow cat or Headers??? Thanks, Brandon
I don't want a straight pipe. I just got a muffler out the back with the resonater(sp) taken out right now. Everything behind the cat to the rear is straight. I'm thinking a new high flow cat will help me out. Thanks, Brandon

It's cause it's cold... if you actually pay attention to ur RPMS u'll notice taht it is idling at a little higher RPMS till the engine starts to warm up... which gives it that little buzzing sound cause it is getting a little more gas than normal idle

It's not ur cat... why on earth would ur stock cat cause a problem??? i just said that your engine is cold when u first start it up... u don't need a high-flow cat... it'll still do it... i mean u can get it (will me a lil more HP)... but won't change the buzzing... why do you care??? it's only until the engine warms up??? is it such a big deal
