Rep Power: 0 loud *** exhaust
I just put on the 4 inch jic-magic universal titanium exhaust with custom piping and its ****in loud. Without the silencer your ears start to hurt after a couple of minutes. Maybe I shouldnt of taken the resonator off. Oh well I put the silencer in and now it sounds like most cars without the silencer

Rep Power: 0 The only problem is I cant get the muffler to stop rattling...It keeps vibrating and hitting the bumper where the exhaust cut out is but only at idle and only here and there.still annoying.I even welded a custom bracket to the piping right before the muffler but it still rattles.

i think its just buildup or some sort of packing in the muffler that is loose...but mufflers tend to do that after use.

Rep Power: 0 my friend has a prelude and he took his resonator off and it sounds like a fart muffler w/a bad case of the farts. its horrible. and it also vibrated against the car as well. (i cant remember what kind of exhaust system it is) he sent it back to the people he bought it from (is in the process of...) and is hoping to get it fixed. and the idiot tied his silencer on with a string... that day he watched it get flattened by an 18 wheeler.

Rep Power: 0 haha same, ya i hand tightened the screw and the screw fell out, i tried to tug out the silencer and it seemed in there pretty decent like it wouldn't come out easily but it sounded louder and i turned around and saw it there flattened i guess a suv or somethin ran over it, if i decide to shell out $75 for a another silencer i'm gonna make sure i more than hand tighten that sucker in there, either that or i may just take off the downpipe and put back on the cat, that would make a huge difference.

Rep Power: 258 I don't have a muffler on mine right now and it's so freakin loud. One of the bolts broke off in my exhaust pipe and I can't get it out, so I can't put the rest of my exhaust back on yet. I drove around with just the header and downpipe after I replaced them.....that was fun.
