need help on exhaust asap!

need help on exhaust asap! ok, i traded my axle-back (HKS) with my friends cat-back (Skunk2) and installed it today. when i lowered the car back down, i realized that the piping was too wide and that its extremely close to the ground (about an inch). my car is dropped about 2.25" and i dont want to raise it cuz it will mess up my alignment.
my question is, do you guys think the OEM midpipe will fit with the rear section of the skunk2 exhaust? or should i just get custom piping done? thanks in advance.
oh, and i did a search.. so no flaming! hehe
