I've heard - even though no one seems to want to confirm this - that the downpipe is a POS and that it doesn't fit right. A few members on this board said something along those lines. I'd like to have some confirmation on this as well since I would like to get this possibly.

I have it. But I have an LX. It only fits an EX obviously, but I have an EX downpipe and an EX exhaust system. The only thing is that I have an LX sway bar. I just ordered an EX sway bar (comes today). And you need that other wise it would hit. Other than that, the Random Tech looks exactly as it is in the pic, and would fit an EX perfectly. It fit my stuff perfectly aside from the fact of the LX sway bar issue.

i've got the converter, it looks just like the picture, with the cat welded to the downpipe... i havent installed it yet, but it looks like it should fit fine. I talked to random tech and they said that it is been tested to fit the EX only, but could fit the lx, if they got a EX header and sway bar. I'll definitly post once I get mine installed, I just dont know when its going to be...

Did you have the progress LX sway bar or the stock sway bar? I bought the progress bar, but want the right one so I can use a cat when I go turbo......
