On Friday I'm going to order some Meghan Racing 4-1 Headers for my Ex. Does anybody have these, or anything from this company?

which do you think is better, top speed or hp? I'm talking ONLY the EX header, not a downpipe, no replacing cats or anything. I need to stay legal.

Well he said it should be in next wensday. I don't really care if another header is going to give me 1 or 2 more hp than the other, because at least its better than stock. Maybe I'll be the first 7th Gen to have the Meghan Racing headers, that would be original.

you probbaly be the first civic to have headers ever, since a civic only uses 1 header.... I'm curious as to how you plan on installing more than 1!

its probably the generic header thats around.. meghan, megan, sounds the same.

The HEADER is going to be $225 and $30 to install. I don't care if its generic or not, all aftermarket HEADER do the same job, the only way to find out which is best would be with a dyno or someone who has had two different brands. I wanted to get the HP but that guy doesn't order from them or something like that (can't really remember)

cuz u can get that for like $100 shipped.

thats over 50% cheaper.

I'd considering buying a different header elsewhere.. they might want to try to charge u more for install though.

but yeah its a rip to buy retail.

and there are differences in aftermarket header, the design, diameter, flow characteristics.. course in our application, its all really the same.

oh yeah here's another one. it cost a bit more but the weld quality and design, IMO, is better.

if u shop around more.. u can get them as cheap as like 75 bucks shipped.

Nah I don't think that those headers are Meghan Racing. All Meghan Racing headers have a little logo at the top that says "Meghan Racing". Yesterday he showed me a sample of a header from his catalog and they looked pretty good i guess, like the HP Racing but it wasn't.

I dunno, he said a guy put Meghan Racing Headers on his Integra LS and the owner of the shop said that when he rode in it he felt a difference. But you know, don't believe everything you hear. That guy with the Integra is always doing something to his car whenever I go, I'll ask him next time how he likes em.
