high flow cat of ebay work???

Anyone have those high flow cat of ebay? It seeems to be a good deal that I get headers and high flow cat for $150. How much power gain?and how loud will it be? I want to have deep exhust note..........not likefeefeefee. I am thinking should I get those high flow cat or get a Apex exhust. ANy optinion?

The high flow cats they have are usually just a straight piping that looks like a cat to fool whoever looking under the car.

also, if you want a deep pure exhaust tone, get the tanabe r-spec. Listen to the "exhaust clips". Its a bit expensive (ok, a lot expensive), but I think it'll be well worth it.
