I put a Grillcraft lower grill on my 02 Civic a little over a year ago and now it starting to rust. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so is Grillcraft going to do anything like refund our money or send us another grill? This really pisses me off, that grill wasn't cheap and the piece of **** is rusting.

wtf i thought the reason why the grillcraft grill is so expensive cuz its good quality and will never rust lol after reading this post i might rethink getting it.. thanx for posting this

what are the chances you could post some pics so we can see? I was thinkin of getting the grill as well. But, maybe i'll put some of my own mesh in.

Complain to them. If all else fails, scrub away the rust. haha and paint over it.

Baller on this site has grill craft, and his is rusting, if u dont paint it, it has to rust cause its metal, theres nothing they can do. Just paint it silver or whatever and u will be fine

i got the same problem bro. Sux. It wasnt cheap either. What I do is when i wax my car, I put a thick coat on the grill as well. It's just now starting to rust a bit, so i might hit it with some steel wool (or a brillo pad), then wax the **** outta it again, try that. A pain however, cause now you have to take it off the car again.

grillecrap is junk dude's.. and it looks half assed most of the time. order mesh from ViS or something.. i think they sell it.. when you install it, make sure you pull it tight.
