They are the black housing halo projectors..
Can be found on X3racing.com
i remember when i was installing them there was a visable adjustment for the high beam
but none for the projector itself. My brother called me up today and said he couldn't see anything last night because they were pointed down
just thought i'd ask and see if you guys adjusted any

there is two litte bars on the back. ihad to take my bumper off and the lights, and just turn the bars or the screws depending on which one you are aiming. its realy just trial and error homie get to work. it also sux cuz you gottado it at nite. to get the rite aim park 8 to 10 feet from a wall or flat surface..
also the really cool thing about these lights is that at the top of the beam is is a rainbow.if you can aim them right when driving people will
see that as you drive up. if yours doesn't have the rainbow just open them up and clean the lenz>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

'X3 racing' is the seller on eBay who sells those.
Those projectors are more commonly referred to as the 'Halo Projectors'
Acid baby's got the idea. But I'm going to take a pic for you
edit:
here

The two screw heads (circled in blue) are what you need to turn to aim the low beam

turn BOTH of them counter-clockwise to aim them up. turn BOTH of them clockwise to point them down more.
You can also point LEFT and RIGHT! Play around with the screws separately to get your desired left/right aim.
If you turn the right screw clockwise, the beam will point more to the right. If you turn the left screw clockwise the beam will move to the left.

I really like them too! I can get them for around 300 CAN.. I used to want them but I heard that the halo was actually really weak. I'm pretty sure the ones I can get are the same company.. They are more of a generic headlight.. I also heard that more work was required with them, where as the TYCs are plug and play.

The h1 bulbs plug&play with the stock h4 harness, just like the TYC projectors do.
i have them and i'm about to go to oem style black housing w/ HID.....
because my bulbs always burn out and no i don't touch the bulbs when installing. i actually clean them with alcohol before putting them in. that's the only sucky thing with these halos....they don't dissipate heat too well so the bulbs heat up and burn out....just my .02 cents
oh and my halos were broken when i received them.....and the ebay seller didn't take a return so watch out for those selling them with no guarantee.
