yes sir. it will fit on 03 lx coupe
You need to remove 1 wire cover (its useless) and then the bar fits. If you want to use the body mounts you need to epoxy or JB weld in nutserts and then you can bolt it in. The right side needs a little dremeling to get the hole open (there's some kind of bracket inside the rail blocking the hole).
But other than those 2 little things, it fits like a glove.

Thats legal BS.
Torque specs for the tower bolts is 33 ft-lbs. For the bar ends, just make them tight as you can. I don't know the spec.

this folder has all the pics I have from the install.

I wrote a DIY in the suspension forum last spring when I installed it, it might still be there.
You're gonna need some deep sockets to get the tower bolts off, a few extensions help, make sure you've got METRIC Allen Wrenches (don't remember the size but its pretty big. The nut on the bar ends is 16mm.
have a screwdriver handy to pry off the wire cover (you'll see it when you get the carpet up).
If you want to use the body mounts, get nutserts and the bolts that go in there. Just go to the hardware store, 1 size nutsert (AKA T-nut) fits right in that hole with no play. Get some JB weld or Epoxy to stick them in.

ahhh yes, i see the wire you have to move, its just a clip off on wire... but the bolt you are talking about is the upper one closest to the middle of the car?
