Question Those neon spark plug things on motorcycles......

Does anyone know what those neon tubes that you can connect to you spark plugs are called?? If you watch any of the motorcycle shows on the Discovery Channel you should know what I am talking about. I was just wondering if there were some we could put on our cars.
