Civic/RSX/S2000 Swapping
I just got a 2003 Civic EX Coupe. My dad drives an 2002 RSX Type-S and my mom drives a 2002 S2000. I was thinking about taking or swapping some parts from their cars and putting them on mine. Any ideas?
Single Exhaust to the S2000... Dual to the RSX... NO EXHAUST ON THE CIVIC... Take the convertible from the S2000, and hook it up in the RSX!!! Swap tail lights... RSX S2000... And put the S2000 motor in the Civic, and the Civic in the S2000... won't she be in for a surprise...
::NOTE:: I know this won't work... I am bored, and wanted to say somewthing stupid.. did I accomplish my goal?

rear disc brakes.
If you were smart you would set up something with a chop-shop take the RSX there and strip the whole car, then report it stolen, when the insurance replaces the Type-S swap the parts from the shop into your CIVIC then when your dad's b-day comes around buy something
really nice that would compensate for the deductible.

Well, the S2K engine wouldn't fit actually!! cuz of the position and dimensions of it, that's why NO ONE has done it before..
just thought I'd clue you guys (Jaykuai) in on that, no offense

the engine DOES FIT.. (has been done before on lower gen civics) as i said, the problem is RWD, you would have to make a lot of space for the shaft..
But the space in the engine room is plenty enought to put a F20 there..

this is my wet dream: swap a S2000 engine into my civic, the price would be astronomical!!
you'd need the engine, tranny, rear deff., almost everything from the S2000. it would cost like $15,000! but it would be the sickest civic ever!! (-S2000)
