How long does it take to clean your filter?
I've had mine on for 10,000 miles and I haven't cleaned it yet.
How long does it take, and how long does it take to dry (like how long until you can use your car again)?
I have the one that comes with K&N FIPK2.
Thanks.

That's a little soon to clean it unless there is a lot of dirt on it. The kit requires that you wash out the filter with water from clean to dirty side after using the cleaning soln. Once it's clean, I recommend air drying it over night and applying the oil in the morning. So technically it just takes one night. You can drive it the next morning after applying the oil.

Be careful on how much oil you use. I cleaned and oiled mine and let it sit overnight to find a nice pool of oil on the table the next morning.

I clean my filter every time I get my oil changed, I just let my sit in the sun and it drys pretty quick it takes my a couple of hours to clean. Just make sure the filter is completely cry before you put it on.
I think mines about a year old now and needs a cleaning. Last time i looked at it a few days ago it didnt seem super dirty but I cant tell unless I pull it.
Is there an easy way to pull it without removing half the intake?
