another exhaust question...

I had an AEM short ram intake, and a 5zigen fireball axle-back with custom piping. It was sounding pretty decent but it wasn't enough for me. I heard good things about the Kamikaze header, so I got it. Now my car is LOUD. I like how it's loud, but its also has a ricey sound. Now the question is how can I keep the loudness, but have a deep sound? Would changing the muffler work or not? I like the sound of the Tanabe exhaust, but would I have to get the whole cat-back system, or will the universal muffler with the cusom piping work with getting that sound?

bigger piping = lower quieter noise on a 4 banger but you lose precious backpressure.

Best idea is probably to look in the tech forum and find out what exhaust systems sound best with headers. Or you can just put your stock manifold back on and send me the header, I'll pay shipping.
