with the oem foglights, you can't use the Aero kit. You can still use kits like the OEM kit, the Kaminari lip kit, and a few others. With kits that replace the whole bumper, they probably won't fit.
Nope, the xenon kit includes replacing your whole front bumper. Check out Bryan's ride:

You'd have to buy aftermarket lights that you just screw on. Most autostores (like Autozone, Strauss and Pepboys) carry ones that give of different colors because of the reflecting case that they use.

if u ever look at my pix on "my ride"...ull notice that NO pix are showing my fogs. ON. reason being is becuz i was sent the right lights/housing etc... but the wiring harness for the interior connections is NOT compatible with the 5 (i think) pin connector on the switch. the foglight harness was right but not the switch harness. sux and im pissed. so far the damn things are decoration. ebay cant do anything bout it...honda cant either. they dont sell part by part. only the FULL KIT!
that is fukin
so im left with no working ish...guess my only resort is to research a custom harness but i dunno anything bout electronics. jus my 2 cents. id go with a trusted name like tornactive b4 ebay. i dont hate on ebay believe u me...u jus GOTTA be careful...thats all
peace n hope i helped at least a lil bit
p.s.- 7thGenCivic.com discount is no prob either

do u think that it would fit the corner grill ?
Hey, if you want, I'll take a pic of the back of my switch and the harness part that plugs into it if you think that'll help..?
I'm getting oem style fog light off eBay, DEPO product. then I'm going tint (yellow) that fog lenses for some protection, and the best of it is IS300 look, cant wait.......

You probably can set the oem foglight upside-down, to cover up the most space in that corner grill. That hole looks a little bit larger than the foglights though so you'll still probably be left some space along the top and bottom.
Another thing you can do with the oem foglights is take out the light itself from the surrounding black plastic trim. You can drill a hole on each side of that corner hole in your bumper and stick long screws through them and attach the foglight that way. That would look hot too.
And for all of you worrying about the eBay foglights...
I bought my "OEM Style" foglights from eBay for $60 shipped. Mine came with ALL the necessary parts needed for installation, INCLUDING the wire harness that goes from the foglights to the dash of the car, and the switch. 2 years later, they're still not cracked or burnt out, and I've never had problems with them.
I don't know why you're buying parts that aren't even sold complete...

The foglights I used on my car (and in the photochop above) are pretty small. The lenses are VERY thick and will probably never crack. They also give off an irredescent purple when viewed from an angle. Here is an undoctored shot of them on my car.
