Lower Grille under $3

I was walkin through Home Depot the other day and happened to stumble upon some gutter cover that looked to be the perfect size to fit my lower grille. With one $1.17 sheet of gutter cover and one $1.49 package of black zip ties I was able to make somehting pretty cool. I am currently tryin to figure out how to make my pictures smaller but will post shortly.

I found a piece of metal grill at Home Depot, but it's not long enough to fit our lower grills.

Or, you can buy that rolled up plastic grill (both this and the one above are gutter guards, I think), but that didn't look nearly strong enough.

What did you find that actually fit?

Sounds cool. I want a lower grill, but I don't know how long it'll last on the car..

Post pics and get us the specific material. At that price, it's worth a try.

Hey I'd like to see some pics too. If everything looks like it will hold up well enough, maybe I'll do the home depot route rather than the Grillcraft. Anyone know how those hold up to bugs and winter?
