K20A for sale how much???

I was wondering how much would you pay for a K20A engine with 8K on it that includes the ECU and the trans???

my friend is selling this engine and the papers say that it is form an acura type s.
For some reason I don't think it looks like that could I be wrong???

k20a dont have acura logo on them, also type s have black valve cover with acura logo on them and metal or aluminum intake manifold
