I haven't ever had problems...Just torque the bolts to spec and you'll be fine

you'll be fine, just make sure you tighten each bolt properly and get a new gasket when you install it.

depends on how many miles are on your car. if it is fairly new then you don't need to buy gaskets. unless you want to. but if you do then you need an exhaust manifold gasket and the donut gasket for the bottom of the header where it bolts to down pipe. this is for ex of course. if you have lx then the bottom gasket i have no clue of.

even though you torque to spec.. you should check up again on it every 5,000 miles..

the header puts out excessive heat.. it'll loosen the bolts if you didn't torque it down to spec.. so check every 5-10K miles would be good.

if the gasket looks fine, you dont really need to swap it.

but generally its always a good idea. they're only 3-5 bucks anyway. (except the bottom donut gasket to the collector/downpipe/cat, you might not want to just swap that.. Honda'd want $20 or so bucks from you for it.)
