LX w/ random cat and stock swaybar

I'm not sure if it has been posted before, but just wanna let you guys know about it...

I have 2001 Civic LX Sedan, and I got the random technology cat installed...the problem is the cat is rubbing agains the front stock sway bar, so I had to cut and redirect the pipe away from the bar...

so if you guys wanna do the EX exhuast conversion, watch out! The EX random cat won't fit (perfect-fit) on LX...

suggestion...just get the universal random cat and do custom piping...

you could have gotten an ex front swaybar...it would have cleared then...

azure is on a distinguished road
So I'm guessing it's true about LX's having to change the front sway bar to an EX (or just to custom piping) if they want to have an EX ehaust system. Thanks for the heads up!

I have the OBX cat-back (ex) on my lx. I bought the tanabe downpipe (which is designed to be used with the tanabe cat-back for installation on the lx) from another member on this site and it works perfect.
