Apex'i Exhaust

is the Apex'i exhaust system 50 state smog legal, street legal or what? i can't find a website that says any of that kind of information...

I've got the Apexi N1 Catback...and I don't think Japanese exhausts are legal in the states...but hey, they sell them, i buy them!!

oh ok, our car are ULEV anyways. but the thing that sucks is that i live in California and our smog checks are getting more strict and i know that after a few years i'm gonna have to get one cuz some of friends and family had to get it. i just wanna avoid the frustration in the future if i trade in my car and get the Apex'i, but oh well. thanks

I believe that most of the "Japanese" exhaust that are sold in the US are 50 state legal. The Apexi your most likelt looky at is. Unless you get a Spoon, Mugen, JDM, etc... exhaust your ok.
