Dome Lighting

I've spent alot of time going through all of these threads about interior lighting, but I still need some help about the rear dome lights. I don't want to paint them or cover them, I just wanted to know the exact size for the coupe. I read through post and I got differest bulb numbers from different people. Also is changing all your lights: parking, turn signal, interior map and dome lights into LEDs worth it? I was hoping that it would be brighter than the typical xenon bulbs.
Heres the site that I wanted to buy my lights from. Autolumination
Okay, osram says 3022, and I measured my bulb from the metal wire that sticks out on the sides to the other and it's about 44mm long. So according to the site, I should be buying the 211 or 212 dome light with 6 LEDs. I'll be buying the 194 with 4 LEDs all around my car and the 7443 with 9 Leds for my headlights.

Still, have you guys tried these LEDs and are they brighter than the xenon gas filled bulbs?

I posted this at least 3 times already. I think the rear is 12v8w, but check racinglab.com and just match the bulb size to that. The voltage should be in the owner's manual. Search again...

Okay, so I found your thread but it doesn't make too much sense with my measurements. I already knew about the front map lights and parking lights, but has anyone tried the LEDs. What doesn't make sense is that I measured my rear dome light and the size is more like 10x44 mm. You bought the 10x31 mm. Now if it was a little discrepancy, I can understand, but this is a 13mm difference. I have a 2001 civic ex coupe. Was wondering if anyone of you measured the size of the bulb. I would like to know if they changed the size over the years. Mine is still a 12v8w bulb according to my manual that I also read along time ago. It's just that most sellers label bulbs with type according to sylvannia, like 194 or 168. rear as 3022 or front signal as 7443. Okay...that's my rant. If no one responds, I guess i'll take my chances with a 44mm.
