im pretty sure it doesnt have the output connections to run an amp. i kno my 03 didnt. so you prolly need to get some kind of aftermarket headunit.

you need an amp with hi-level inputs and then you tap your rear speaker wires for inputs to the amp. that's the easiest way to do it and how i did it when i had a leased car for a couple years.

Take it somewhere where they install car stereos. Should cost under $100 and it will be done right and with no hassle. Best of luck!

Re: kicker sound system
or you could just do it yourself..correctly
go to best buy and get what's called a "line converter" i think its called a "high output line converter" to be more exact, but just tell the guy in the car audio dept you want a line converter and he should know what hes talkin about.
anyways.. to use it, its simple
you tap into the rear speakers +/- wires.. (both speakers) and then the converter changes the speaker wires to a signal for the RCA-style Left and Right audio cables, then you plug it into the amp.
its easy to use and i've used one on about 5 systems that i've installed
oh and its about 20 bucks so if it costs 100 bucks to have it installed it'll save you 80 and you'll gain experience and you'll know how to fix it yourself if a problem arises
good luck
