I plan to install a Brandmotion FLTW-7637 backup camera in my 2012 Civic Si. As I understand, the camera video will be displayed on the factory multi function screen. My car does not have the navigation option. My default screen display is a custom wallpaper I imported from a USB. Will adding the backup video affect the operation of the display or does the display have to be in a certain mode to show the backup video? Or will it just switch to video once reverse is selected. The camera will get pwr/gnd from the backup lights.
