Check out PAC audio. They make adapters for OE equipment.

Subwoofer or amp for the speakers inside the car?

If it's for a subwoofer amp then this video might help, it's from my 2006 but most of the instructions should be the same.
(I can elaborate more for you if the video doesn't make things clear)
