Need help with tires!!!

Need help with tires!!! So i bought some rims last week for my civic. i have a 2010 civic coupe lx. So the rims i bought were 17 in, with tires 225/55/17. i put them on, and they were rubbing against the frame in the front, so i had to put my stock steelies on. I just need to know if i put low profile tires,like 225/35/17 on will they still rub?
