Cool To stroke or not to stroke? (K24a2)

2008 Honda Civic Si K20Z3

So right now I have a bored out fully built head with drag cartel 2.2 cams tuned on hondata Flash bro. (K20Z3) Full bolt ons. Runs on e85.

Next I want to swap the bottom end with a k24a2. Which as we know is a 2.4L. I'm going to replace the pistons and rods anyways so I was thinking of going with Brian crowers 2.6L or 2.7L w.e it is stroke kit with new crank. I also want to Turbo the car down the road.

So I guess my questions are:
1. Should I stroke it out with bc and new crank?
2. Should I just stay at 2.4 with new rods and piston? Stock crank.
3. What compression should I run if I plan on doing turbo down the road like a year after this swap?(What conperrsion would I want so I wouldn't have to change it if I went turbo or Not? 10:1.?)

I obviously know that staying at 2.4 with new rods and pistons and stock crank would be cheaper. But I'm ok with the $3,000 on the stroke kit if it is truly worth it.

Thanks for your "opinions" in advance!
