A/C Problems, PLEASE HELP!! cant find solution

08 Honda Civic EX
New Compressor
Re-charged to proper psi
Rad fans turn on.
Clutch does not spin.
Relay swapped with another like one AND STILL DOES NOT engage clutch.
Jumped the compressor and it turned on and blew cold air.
Not sure where to go from here please help
also ran diagnostic thru the car, by pressing recirculate and defrost, and turning the car on, NO faults detected

You jumped the compressor HOW? Where?

Did you jumper inside the clutch relay socket, will the compressor run from there?

I might want to check a scanner data list to see the system pressure sensor data, see if the PCM is receiving the AC request from the HVAC system, and see if the PCM is then turning on the compressor clutch relay.

If it's not turning on the relay, there should be a clue within the rest of the live operating engine data list.
