Problem starting 2015 Civic lx

I just bought a 2015 Civic LX with 43k miles on it. When the car hasn't started for a little while it will not start for a few minutes. See the video that I linked, and yes I know bta is bluetooth... ignore that tidbit in the video. Additionally, I am turning the key all the way, it just isn't doing anything.

If you just bought it... your car should be in warranty. Take it to the dealership and explain whats going on.
