Brake Caliper Replacement

The rubber part of the caliper was ripped last time I changed my breaks. Now I think it got stuck and is sticking. Is that something that a 'moderate handyman' could fix if borrowed the tools and got the parts from Auto Zone? I have an 06 Civic EX Coupe

Thanks

Just replace it with better caliper from the junk yard. Be sure is the correct site left or right.
