need cheap replacement rear bumber

I got rear ended in my 2006 civic a while ago. It wasn't too terrible, but the rear bumper needs replacing. Their insurance company gave me enough money to restore it to its original state, but the car is already old/fairly beat up. I have no reason to fork out the money for that when its not even worth selling at any point in the future. Looking for the cheapest bumper just to keep the car moving and i don't care if it looks good. Should i order one on the internet? Ebay? Would i need to take it somewhere to get it attached or is it something that can be done at home?

Bumper cover. A person can change it out in like 20 minutes if you know where the screws are and the clips come apart right.

Used, junkyard. Try local first.....
