brake problem

I have a 04 civic ex and i have problems with my brakes when i'm driving 60 or faster if i hit the brakes the steering wheel vibrates like crazy i already resurface the rotors twice and it helps but after a month or so the problem comes back also i changed the rotors and after a couple of weeks the same happens some body help i'm just spending money like crazy i al so changed the pads i'm thinking maybe the guy didn;t install them correctly or got the wrong ones.

Sorry nobody gave you an answer yet Omar.
The problem is NOT warped rotors. You have something loose/worn out in your steering. Get it checked by a competent alignment shop and not a chain service store. Alignment guys are better at finding/showing worn parts and you'll need an alignment when its done anyway.
