1992 Civic si B18c5 Turbo for sale or trade
I have for sale my 92 Honda Civic Si, with a turbo B18C5 swap. Since the engine got built there has been only 1500 miles put on it and that has been since October of 2006. When I left for the navy.
ENGINE: B18C5, all forged internals, blue printed and balanced to 9000 rpm, ported and polished the heads, 5 angle valve job with swirl polishing, double valve springs, stage 2 turbo cams, all new belts, still has power steering which is rare for these swaps. Stage 3 clutch to handle the power of the turbo, type r transmission, short throw shifter. Full 3.5in exhaust from turbo back with no cats. The half shafts will need new boots put on them but it’s a simple fix.
CHASSIS: Wide body kit fully molded, electric si blue paintjob, 17s with nitto low pros, coilovers, 4 wheel disc brakes. The hood has a rust spot in it due to the waste gate sitting to high, and the front bumber is missing the center section due to a curb hit. I have the center section still all it would take would be some fiberglassing to put it back on. Then a carbon hood would solve the hood issue.
INTERIOR: the interior is the only place I never really got to before I joined the navy, aside from the fuel controller, boost controller, white face gauges, and boost gauge its all stock, with a missing head unit. The driver seat has a tear on it but all that didn’t matter because I was going to be installing racing seats with a cage.
The bad the car hasnt really been driven since i joined the military and has been on jackstands, now just sitting since then. I know you will need to do a thorough clean up and replace some parts that have just been sitting there. If anything this would be a perfect steal the engine and swap into something.
The car is located in Springboro, OH at my dads house becuase i am stationed in california and it will not pass emissions out here. I am looking to either sell the car straight out for 5500 O.B.O or I am willing to trade for things for a E46 M3 which is my new car. Text me at 619-eight18-nine652.

Re: 1992 Civic si B18c5 Turbo for sale or trade
Well, I'm in a similar situation to you, deployed overseas (Army, Kuwait) and returning home in October. :-P I'm definitely interested, looks very clean and the motor (most important) is built. I know October is a way off, but I've bookmarked this thread for when I return home.
I live in Phoenix, Arizona and my family lives in KC, MO so the location works.
Is the dual exhaust real or just cosmetic? It's the only thing I'm not a fan of...

its a real dual exhaust. 3 1/2 in piping from downpipe back to both magnaflows it ys off in the middle to make it dual. It's kinda far off but I cant even really try to sell it because I'm not there you know. Id love to get another military member behind the wheel. We can have it shipped to where ever. It's a great car I've just moved to bikes and BMW. Just a little maintenance and shes good to go again.

I'm a biker myself, started on a CBR600 and now on a CBR1000, insanely fast :-)
I could probably pick it up, I wouldn't mind the drive, but if shipping is cheap enough that would be great too.
I'll be in touch in October if I'm still looking. It's on "the list" of cars to look up when home.
cheers!
