How do these ride do they give a soft ride or are they far from stock??

These skun2 on ebay give the Civic from 01-05 a 1.3" drop.. Thats good but are the stiffer?

not sure never got to installing before i got my dui and from readin reviews they said anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 inches
