Should be compatible with 01-05 manual Civics. I put it on my car, all accessories worked, but I didn't reflash my key so I couldn't start it because of the immobilizer. My ECU turned out to be OK so you should buy this one. Says PLR-E02 on it. See.

I never put it on because I've been troubleshooting all of my other issues. I want to get the car running reliably before I go ****ing with something that isn't broken, like the fuel system!

To make this work you will need an aftermarket FPR, some -6 AN fittings, a -6AN bulkhead fitting (to tap into the pump), about 12" of submersible fuel line (from bulkhead fitting to venturi valve on the pump), and about 8' of -6 AN line for your new line from the tank to the rail. I have all of this and am just getting a new custom rail done when I get back to the states next month.

I pulled a couple good DIYs from clubrsx.com on how to do it, it's not that hard.
