I have a HP header and high flow cat for sale. It is used and in good condition. It needs to be cleaned since it has been sitting for almost 2 years in my garage. I haven't used it since my k swap so yea.

and all you guys are bitching over a 60 dollar header. this thing retialed for so much more before. don't expect like 20 whp form this thing, but it's better flowing than the stock cat for sure.

yea u can.. its a decent gain compared to say a dc sports 4-1 or a megan 4-1... not anything worth 300$.. but for 60..why not?

You will gain some mid-range and top end. SOME! Enough to feel the difference I guess. If you guys do some research, you will find all the info on this header.

and yes it will make your car a lil bit louder. I had it with my apexi N-1 and it was pretty deep.

alright question... if you have a full catback, this should complete the rest of the way all the way up to the motor correct? would the o2 sensor still have a spot to go in? would you hear a difference if you did the intake, headers, the high flow cat and run stock exhaust?

oh yeah... ex compatible? i know it works for 04 but what about ex...

yea theres 2 bung holes for the 02 sensors. I never ran it without my exhaust so I don't know
