wow those are some ballin rims where u located?? My frend wants a set of rims like that?? Do they come with tires

Located in Central NJ.

The tire situation is as follows.

1 Tire is BRAND new, 2 are bald, 1 is flat

I would suggest getting new tires or at least 3 to match the 1.

The rims are great if you are into a more full faced rim instead of tuner-style.
