I'll bite on the VC. How much for shipping via USPS Priority to my APO address? Its just like shipping to any address in the states, Uncle Sam picks up the tab to get it from the port in NY state to the local base. PM sent!

Interested in the injectors if you still have them, and do you think that they would work on a 2001 civic EX?

I don't think they'd work properly on an EX. The EX has a D17A2 engine and the injectors are different. They have a higher flow rate and your ECU will be programmed to expect that. The ones I have came off a D17A1 LX.
